Elections Daily is looking for new regional contributors to cover federal, state, and local races across the United States. Currently, we’re looking for contributors in the following regions:
- Gulf Coast (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas)
- Mountain West (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming)
- Northeast (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont)
- Pacific Coast (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington)
- Rust Belt (Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin)
Contributors will be assigned to create weekly or biweekly news roundups on a regular date and recurring basis, featuring the latest news from the region’s specific elections. These roundups will be aggregations of articles with brief summaries (a paragraph at most) of each article, with a link to each article, as well as a list of upcoming election dates. Contributors will be paid for each article.
